His leadership spans M&A, operational scale, and building businesses that perform under pressure.

Dan Gardner is the COO and co-founder of Perimeter. He has over 25 years of success in software development, IT infrastructure, cloud operations, and startups. Before founding Perimeter, Dan was VP of Technology at NetSPI. Prior to that, he was a founder of Renew Data Corp., a company that specialized in high volume electronic data discovery, now part of KLDiscovery (KLDI).

Gaurav Gaur is the CTO and co-founder of Perimeter. He has an extensive background in cybersecurity, vendor management and software engineering. Before starting Perimeter, Gaurav was the VP of Software Development at NetSPI Inc., a cybersecurity-focused software and consulting firm, and he was responsible for the overall software development strategy and product roadmap of enterprise-grade cyber vulnerability management systems.
